• Returns must be made within 1 year of purchase.

We’d love to send orders on giant Loftwing or aboard a Lapras, but instead of fantasy creatures – we use Royal Mail to ship all orders.

All orders are shipped with standard delivery. Tracked delivery currently unavailable, but will be in the future!

If the order has yet to spawn, please allow 20 working days (UK) and 25 working days (non-UK) before your order is considered as lost. You will be issued a full refund!
