You, as part of this geeky community, are our core focus and we want to help in whatever way we can. Many of us will be self-isolating and only making essential trips. It can be massively challenging both mentally & physically. We don’t want anyone in the community to ever feel alone; we are here to support you!
Whether it’s geeking out over community a game on stream, chatting through any concerns or taking part in a big community challenge – we can get through this together.

Orders & Deliveries
We’re still open for orders and are shipping around the world via our UK provider, Royal Mail.
Delivery drivers are making contactless deliveries and taking extra steps to ensure orders make their way to your home as quick & safely as possible!
Having stocked up on armour in gaming worlds, we keep safe IRL too. Our team takes a lot of care to ensure every order is packed safely to avoid any health risks. Not even Bowser can get his grubby paws on these orders! We now post orders once every other day to avoid any risks.
Please note: There might be some delays as local delivery providers in your area are performing additional checks & steps to protect you and their teams.
Returns
We totally understand that returning orders can be a challenge, if not impossible, these days. With that in mind, we’ve extended our returns period to 6 months from date of order. There are a lot more urgent things happening at the moment!
